State-of-the-art test conditions for accurate test results
Thanks to our latest testing technology, we can use nail thicknesses of 1 mm and 3 mm and achieve a penetration depth of up to 50 mm at a controlled speed of 10 µm/s. The measurement accuracy of 5 µm ensures precise results.
Our tests also include an isolation measurement between can and pole, where the nail is galvanically insulated. High-speed recordings with up to 240 fps enable a detailed analysis of the cell behavior. Cell voltage measurements are also possible.
